<p>The 26th edition of BrandScan, a market research fair organised by the students of T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI), will be held today, at the KMC Greens in Manipal.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Keeping with its 25-year-old legacy, BrandScan 2018 will be conducted in two formats – the semi-urban format in Manipal and the urban format in Bengaluru. With a history of an average footfall of over 10,000, BrandScan 2018 aims to reach a notch higher in terms of both participants as well as footfall during its current edition.</p>.<p class="bodytext">BrandScan is a unique platform where students solve live projects from companies under the guidance of experienced faculty and industry professionals to provide novel business solutions. The research includes collecting data from customers, analysing, interpreting and thus providing insights to companies based on the data.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Speaking on the importance of an event like BrandScan, Simon George, chairman (executive education), said “Looking back, it is phenomenal how BrandScan has progressed as the years flew. As a brand, it has expanded into various formats, gained greater recognition, traction and reach. Going forward, I see a lot of potential in BrandScan.
