<p>BJP MLC and state general secretary N Ravi Kumar on Friday alleged that Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy had booked expensive rooms at Taj West End in Bengaluru on a permanent basis.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Speaking at a protest organised by the party at Mysuru Bank Circle in Bengaluru, Kumar sought to know the reasons for booking the rooms. “Who is looking after the expenses and paying the rentals,” he asked.</p>.<p class="bodytext">He said two rooms have been booked for a period of one year. “The chief minister gets several government benefits including official residence and offices. But why work from a five star hotel? He talks about austerity measures but indulges in such spendings,” said Kumar.</p>
