<p>The deceased has been identified as Shobha (29) of Boppasamudra village. It is said that Shobha who was suffering from fever was admitted to a hospital in Mysore, where she succumbed on Monday. <br /><br />Her husband Madaiah is a labourer. The doctors have confirmed the death was due to dengue.<br /><br />In Mandya<br /><br />However, in Mandya, Cheeranahalli Umesh (33) who was suffering from high fever and headache succumbed to illness on Tuesday. Umesh was brought in to the hospital after his condition turned critical.<br /><br />He was admitted to a private hospital in Mandya for headache and fever where he was given preliminary treatment and was later shifted to a hospital in Mysore for further treatment. <br /><br />Though it is suspected that he might have died due to dengue, the medical report is not clear in stating the cause of death, said Dr Harshavardhan and Dr Manjula of Taggahalli Primary Health Centre.</p>
