<p class="title">Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said that he and Chinese President Xi Jinping will review India-China relations from a strategic and long-term perspective when they meet for an "informal summit" at Wuhan in the Hubei province of the communist country on Friday and Saturday.</p>.<p class="bodytext">"President Xi and I will exchange views on a range of issues of bilateral and global importance," Modi posted on Facebook, before leaving for Wuhan, which is in central China.</p>.<p class="bodytext">"We will discuss our respective visions and priorities for national development, particularly in the context of current and future international situation," the prime minister said, adding, "We will also review the developments in the India-China relations from a strategic and long-term perspective".</p>.<p class="bodytext">The two leaders will not issue any joint statement after the summit. No agreement is also likely to be signed. But the two leaders are expected reach an important consensus on the outstanding issues in India-China relations.</p>.<p class="bodytext">"A relationship with a common responsibility for peace, stability and prosperity in the world," Raveesh Kumar, spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs, tweeted about the India-China ties, as the prime minister left New Delhi for Wuhan.</p>
