Pacheco filed for a divorce from his wife last year after she accused him of ill-treatment and physical abuse. According to Sara, Micky Pacheco started seeing Nadia in 2006, and brought her around to their house in Betalbatim.
The Nationalist Congress Party legislator was at the same time in a live-in relationship with Viola, with whom he has three children. Viola, 25, was questioned by the police earlier this month.
Sara who married Pacheco in 1999 has accused her husband of forcing her out of her home. She filed several cases against him in 2008 when documents were forged for property sales.
Nadia, 27, died a month ago after a liver transplant failed to revive her. She had taken 20 sleeping tablets and a large dose of rat poison, the courts were told.
