Punjab oppn express shock over not giving guard of honour to Agniveer martyr; Army says no policy for self-inflicted injury
The Army, in a statement, said since the soldier's cause of death was a self-inflicted gunshot injury, no guard of honour or military funeral was provided, in accordance with the existing policy.
