18 hours later, two Meena community men continue agitation from atop mobile tower in Rajasthan

Firefighting, skylift, and all the security arrangements have been made by the police administration, the local SHO said.

Two men from the Meena community in Rajasthan who had climbed to the top of a mobile tower, on Monday afternoon to demand a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) investigation into the rape and murder of a girl from their community, have not been brought down yet.

Local Station House Officer (SHO) Kavita Sharma told ANI regarding the situation, "Both of them are still up there. Local officers are engaged... All the arrangements are ready. Firefighting, skylift and all the security have been made by the police administration. Efforts are underway to convince them to come down... The legitimate demands will be accepted by the higher officials..."
