Rajya Sabha passes Bill on appointment of CEC and ECs | Opposition walks out

The Rajya Sabha on Tuesday passed a bill to appoint the Chief Election Commissioner and other ECs on the recommendation of a Select Committee amidst an Opposition walkout.
