Right to Justice bill will soon be introduced: Moily

A large number of people in the country do not have access to judiciary, but the new bill would help them to get justice, he said at a legal conference here. The minister laid emphasis on strengthening the justice delivery system in the country and said the government's priority is to focus on welfare of the people.

Speaking at the conference, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot raised concern over heavy fees demanded by the advocates and demanded arrangements be made for poor people in this regard.

While, Congress spokesperson and noted lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi called for strengthening legal education system. Road Transport and Highways Minister C P Joshi was also present in the conference organised by the legal and human rights cell of All India Congress Committee.
