<p>A senior Uttar Pradesh police officer, who was additional superintendent of police (ASP) with the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS), committed suicide at his office in Lucknow on Tuesday.</p>.<p>According to sources, Rajesh Sahni shot himself using his service revolver shortly after reaching office.</p>.<p>Sahni was rushed to a hospital where he succumbed to the bullet injury. The reason behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained.</p>.<p>Sahni had led a team of ATS to nab a suspected ISI agent from neighbouring Uttarakhand last week.</p>.<p>A native of Bihar, Sahni had joined the Provincial Police Service in 1992 and had been promoted to ASP in 2013.</p>
