Tamil Nadu Governor assured he'll look into rumoured attacks on Bihar migrants, says Chirag Paswan

Following the panic sweeping the state’s migrant labourers from Bihar amid rumours of attacks, Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) Chief Chirag Paswan on March 6 called on Tamil Nadu Governor R N Ravi at the Raj Bhavan in Chennai. He also interacted with migrant labourers from Bihar. LJP leader (Ram Vilas faction) Chirag Paswan addressed the media person speaking about his meeting with TN Governor RN Ravi over attack rumours on migrant labourers. Chirag Paswan informed that the Governor assured him that he will look into the matter and send the correct information to the centre.
LJP leader (Ram Vilas faction) Chirag Paswan said, “I just had a meeting with the Governor of Tamil Nadu. I shared all the information that I had with me. I also requested him to conduct a thorough probe from his side and to make sure that the actual report reaches the Centre. There are some anti-social elements that create misunderstandings between communities. Action needs to be taken against these. The Governor assured me that he will look into the matter and send the correct info to the Centre.”
