Our history, our culture, our people."</p>.<p>Ukraine regained Kupiansk, a key rail hub in northeastern Ukraine, in September.</p>.<p>As fear mounted that Russia may be pushing to retake the city, Ukraine ordered vulnerable residents to evacuate at the beginning of March.</p>
