This dish is both yummy and flavourful to eat.<br />Ingredients:<br />1 cup poha <br />½ cup avarekai(boiled)<br />1 tbsp oil<br />½ tsp. mustard seeds<br />½ tsp jeera<br />½ tsp chana dal<br />½ tsp urad dal<br />½ tbsp peanut<br />5-6 green chilies, finely chopped<br />Few chopped coriander leaves<br />Few curry leaves<br />hing-a pinch<br />tumeric powder - a pinch<br />Salt to taste<br />1-2 tbsp grated fresh coconut<br />1 tsp lemon juice<br /><br />Method: Soak the poha in water for 5 minutes. Once soft,drain the water.Next in a bowl,add the poha, grated potatoes,chilies,red chili powder, coriander leaves, salt, jeera, rice flour and mix well to form the dough. <br /><br />Make small balls and flatten it.
