<p>Alwar lynching victim Akbar Khan who was lynched on suspicion of cow smuggling has died of shock after suffering from injuries all over his body from a "blunt weapon or object", revealed the post-mortem report on Tuesday. </p>.<p>According to the post-mortem report 31-year-old Akbar (alias Rakbar) who was attacked by a mob of cow vigilantes in Alwar also had a lot of blood (approx 750 ml blood) in his chest and had suffered multiple fractures. The post-mortem report says that Akbar had fractured bones on one of his hands and a leg. The post-mortem report mentions 12 injury marks on Akbar's body. One of his ribs was also broken. He was beaten in the ribs and back, and his leg and wrist were fractured causing seven-eight fractures on his body.</p>.<p>A post-mortem was conducted by a team of doctors including Dr Rajeev Kumar Gupta, Dr Amit Mittal and Dr Sanjay Gupta. Doctors conclude in the post-mortem said, "Akbar died of excessive internal bleeding and the cases of excessive internal bleeding, a person may die of shock". The post-mortem report has been submitted to the investigation team.</p>.<p>The doctors clearly mentioned in the report. “The medical board who have examined the dead body are of opinion that Akbar died because of a shock as a result of antemortem injuries sustained over body mentioned in PMR. However, viscera (sic) are preserved to rule out any intoxication prior to death or pre-existing disease". </p>.<p>The four-member investigation team comprised by Rajasthan Police on Monday has also have asked for the report of the forensic examination conducted at the crime scene. However, the site where the mob lynching took place in Lalavadi village in Ramgarh of Alwar is muddy and washed by rains.</p>.<p>Akbar's friend and companion Aslam also in a written statement to police said around five men beat Akbar with sticks which led to serious injuries on his arms, legs and all over his body.</p>.<p>Hours after there was an outrage over 'deliberate delay' by cops in alleged Alwar lynching case, the Rajasthan police suspended Assistant Sub Inspector Mohan Singh and sent three constables to police lines on Monday evening for their delay in taking injured Akbar Khan to hospital. Rajasthan police is under fire for ‘3-hour delay’ in taking the victim to hospital situated just 4kms away from the lynching spot.</p>.<p>Ramgarh Police has so far has arrested three people suspected to be involved in the alleged mob lynching in which 31-year-old Akbar Khan (alias Rakbar) who was beaten to death allegedly by a mob of cow vigilantes. The court in Alwar on Sunday sent the three accused to police custody for next five days. Three accused are identified as Naresh Singh (28), Dharmendra Yadav (24) and Paramjeet Singh (28). </p>
