He is saying, "The main road is right here. It's just half a kilometre from here," but a visibly irritated Nusrat got down from the vehicle.</p>.<p>Nusrat Jahan began her political career by contesting from the Basirhat Lok Sabha Constituency in the 2019 general elections and she won against BJP candidate Sayantan Basu.</p>.<p>West Bengal witnessed the first phase of polling on Saturday with over 84 per cent voter turnout. Polling for the remaining seven phases for the 294-member West Bengal Assembly will be held between April 1 to 29 and results will be announced on May 2.</p>
