Elections Highlights: TN showed direction to India on mid-day meals, says Rahul Gandhi

The announcement of dates for the assembly elections in four states and one Union Territory -- Tamil Nadu, Kerala, West Bengal, Assam and Puducherry -- has set the ball rolling for heated poll campaigns. The EC's Model Code of Conduct has come into force in all the states with the election announcement. On today's agenda, we have Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah addressing two events -- a public meeting in Karaikal, Puducherry and the 'Vijay Sankalp' rally in Villupuram, Tamil Nadu.
