<p>Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday tore into K Chandrashekar Rao's “family centric rule” in Telangana, calling his government “the most corrupt in the country" and that "the BRS's fraud practice has even reached Delhi.”</p>.<p>Addressing a public meeting at Warangal, Modi alleged that “two political parties, two state governments have collaborated and are facing corruption deal allegations.”</p>.<p>The PM's apparent reference to the Delhi liquor scam and charges against the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government in Delhi, was a continuation of his swipe at KCR and his daughter Kalvakuntla Kavitha, which he made while addressing BJP workers in Bhopal last week.</p>.<p>“Vote for BRS, if you want K Chandrashekar Rao's daughter to prosper,” Modi had said then. We have earlier seen understandings between nations, states for development or water but now we, for the first time, saw two political parties and two state governments facing corruption deal allegations,” Modi told the audience.</p>.<p>The PM visited poll-bound Telangana on Saturday and laid foundation stones for over Rs 6,000 crore worth of development projects, comprising a Rs 500 crore railway manufacturing unit, and National Highway works of Rs 5,550 crore.</p>.<p>In his speech later, Modi said that Telangana had become a victim of KCR's “pariwaarwad (family centric) and brashtrachar (corruption) regime.”</p>.<p>“KCR's is sabse bhrasht sarkar; no project in Telangana is executed without corruption allegation. Parivaar-wadi Congress's corruption was witnessed by the entire nation, now entire Telangana is witness to KCR-BRS's corruption. Congress or BRS, both are detrimental for Telangana and its people,” Modi said, while exuding confidence that it will be “BJP sarkar, ab ki baar.”</p>.<p>Modi's onslaught against the Congress and BRS came days after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, while speaking at a party rally in Khammam, dubbed BRS as BJP's Rishtedaar Samiti and termed it as BJP's B-team.</p>.<p>This is sixth time in a row that CM KCR, since February 2022, has kept away from participating in PM Modi's events in the state.</p>.<p>While listing the central support-projects for Telangana, Modi accused KCR of destroying the aspirations of the new state's youth, and also highlighted the recent Telangana state public service commission exam paper leaks scam.</p>.<p><strong>Also Read: <a href="https://www.deccanherald.com/national/national-politics/bjp-brs-leaders-slam-rahul-gandhi-over-his-kcr-s-remote-control-with-modi-remark-1233513.html" target="_blank">BJP, BRS leaders slam Rahul Gandhi over his ‘KCR’s remote control with Modi’ remark</a></strong></p>.<p>“For last nine years, aspirants waited for job recruitments, but the TSPSC exams became a source for the BRS leaders to make money,” Modi said, while adding that “higher, university education deteriorated under KCR and careers of youth were jeopardized in the state.”</p>.<p>The PM further questioned the CM over the promises of “seven lakh two bed room flats for the poor, and Rs 1 lakh farm loan waiver.”</p>.<p>“3,000 teaching posts are vacant in universities, and 15,000 posts in schools,” the PM said, accusing the KCR government of even deceiving the youth with its unfulfilled promise of Rs 3,000 per month unemployment allowance.</p>.<p>Earlier this week, as infighting intensified in the Telangana BJP, state head Bandi Sanjay was replaced by Union minister Kishan Reddy. Both shared the dais with Modi on Saturday. </p>.<p>The PM also offered prayers at the Warangal Bhadrakali temple.</p>
