<p>With less than a week left before the launch event, OnePlus has officially revealed that the OnePlus 9 will make the debut with a smartwatch.</p>.<p>OnePlus Watch will be more feature-rich compared to the generic fitness tracker OnePlus Band launched earlier this year in January.</p>.<p>"We won’t give away too much right now, but we’ll leave you with this for now: Our priority for devices that are part of the OnePlus ecosystem is to offer fashionable designs, provide seamless connectivity and deliver a best-in-class user experience. And the new OnePlus Watch is no exception," the company said.</p>.<p>OnePlus promises that the new smart wearable will have a stand-out design language and offer seamless connectivity with companion OnePlus-branded phones, earphones, and users will also be able to control the smart TV as well. </p>.<p>Also, Pete Lau, CEO also revealed that the OnePlus Watch will not run on Google Wear OS, but the company's proprietary Real-Time Operating System (RTOS).</p>.<p>"We believe it provides you a smooth and reliable experience while offering a great battery life, covering some of the biggest concerns we've been hearing from people looking to buy a smartwatch," Lau added.</p>.<p>For other details, the company has asked fans to wait for March 23 at 10:00 EDT (7:30 pm IST).</p>.<p>Word on the street is that the OnePlus Watch is said to come in 46mm size and feature a circular dial with an AMOLED display.
