'Worked hard, gave no excuses despite challenges': Indian judoka Vijay Kumar on clinching bronze at CWG ’22

Indian judoka Vijay Kumar Yadav won a bronze medal in the judo men's- 60kg final at the Commonwealth Games 2022 on August 01.
“I'm happy but also sad as I couldn't win the gold medal. I kept working hard and did not give any excuse despite many challenges. Next, I will focus on Asian Games and Paris Olympics,” he said while talking to ANI.
Vijay Kumar made quick work of Petros Christodoulides in the opening minute of the bronze medal match to claim a medal for India.
