<p class="bodytext">Congress MLA from Yellapur, Shivaram Hebbar has dismissed the alleged taped conversation between the BJP leaders and his wife Vanajakshi.</p>.<p class="bodytext">In the audio, the BJP leaders “offered” money, post in the Cabinet and closure of the mining cases against their son Vivek Hebbar. The MLA said that the audio is fake and fabricated.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Shivaram Hebbar, who defeated V S Patil Andalagi of BJP with a slender margin of 1,483 votes, took to Facebook to rubbish the alleged taped conversation, released by his partyman V S Ugrappa.</p>.<p class="bodytext">“This is not my wife’s voice and she has not received any such calls. I condemn those who released this fake tape to further their political interests,” he wrote on his FB wall.</p>.<p class="bodytext">Congress leader V S Ugrappa had released the audio on Saturday afternoon.</p>
