<p>The JD(S) on Tuesday released its list of 40 star campaigners for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. Interestingly, 10 among these belong to the first family of the regional party.</p>.<p>This includes JD(S) patriarch H D Deve Gowda and his grandsons Prajwal Revanna and Nikhil Kumaraswamy.</p>.<p>The trio are contesting from Tumkur, Hassan and Mandya Lok Sabha constituencies, respectively.</p>.<p>While Gowda and his son and Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy will lead the campaigns across the state; they will be joined by the latter's cabinet colleagues, party MLAs, MLCs, MPs, former legislators and party functionaries.</p>.<p>Since it's a family affair, the list includes the names of PWD Minister H D Revanna, his wife Bhavani Revanna, and their son Suraj Revanna.</p>.<p>Bhavani and Suraj had begun campaigning on behalf of Prajwal, much before his candidature was officially announced by Gowda.</p>.<p>While Kumaraswamy himself has been campaigning for his son Nikhil in Mandya, the actor, will also be joined by his mother and Ramanagar MLA Anitha Kumaraswamy here onward.</p>.<p>The list also includes the names of Gowda's relatives, D C Thammanna and Prof K S Rangappa.</p>.<p>While Thammanna is the Transport minister in Kumaraswamy's cabinet, Rangappa had unsuccessfully contested the 2018 Assembly elections from the Chamaraja constituency in Mysuru.</p>
