The national flag will fly half-mast on all government buildings with no official entertainment programmes.</p>.<p>In addition, the government has also announced a state-wide holiday for all schools, colleges and government hospitals.</p>.<p>Shivakumara Swami, the head pontiff of the five-centuries-old Siddaganga mutt, passed away on Monday at 11:44 am at the age of 111. He was suffering from lung ailments.
