Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy will inaugurate the Raghupati Singhania Centre of Excellence (RPSCOE) of JK Tyre and Industries in Mysuru on Tuesday. Raghupati Singhania, chairman and managing director of JK Tyres, and Rajiv Prasad, director, India operations, will be present.
