<p>Brussels: European Foreign Affairs Ministers gave their green light on Monday to reactivate an EU border mission at Rafah, a city in the southern Gaza Strip, bloc's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said.</p>.<p>"I have green light from EU ministers to reactivate the Rafah border mission," he said, adding that such a mission would need support of Egypt, Israel and Palestinians.</p>
