Kyiv: The sound of at least five explosions rang out in the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv late on Monday, several witnesses said, after an air raid siren sounded.
Ukrainian air defence units were operating in the city, authorities in Kyiv said in a statement on the Telegram messaging app.
