Moscow: Four people were killed in an explosion at a fuel station in Russia's Dagestan region, the Russian state-run TASS news agency reported on Friday, citing the acting regional healthcare minister.
Russia's Emergencies ministry said it had sent crews to the station in the regional capital of Makhachkala.
