Monday is Lebanon's deadliest day since end of civil war, Lebanese official says

Beirut: Monday was Lebanon's deadliest day since the end of its brutal 15-year civil war, a Lebanese official said, speaking on condition of anonymity as he was not authorized to speak to the press.

Lebanon's health minister announced more than 270 people were killed in Israel's air strikes across the country.
