Musk handing out money over US election is 'totally inappropriate'

New Castle, Delaware: Trump ally Elon Musk's move to give away money to voters in the upcoming Nov. 5 presidential election is "totally inappropriate," US President Joe Biden said on Monday.

Musk, the billionaire donor who has endorsed Republican Donald Trump over Vice President Kamala Harris, controls a political action committee and is promising to give away $1 million per day to a registered voter who signs its online petition.
