North Korea's 2nd missile flew 'irregularly', may have failed, South Korea says

Seoul: The second missile fired by North Korea on Monday flew on a "irregular" trajectory and, if it exploded in flight, the debris may have fallen inland in the North, South Korea's military said.

It was not clear if there was any damage, it said.
