Ukraine gets $700 million aid from US as Blinken visits war-torn nation

Kyiv: US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Wednesday announced more than $700 million in support for Ukraine in its war against Russia as he visited Kyiv with his British counterpart David Lammy.

The US funding includes $325 million of energy assistance and nearly $290 million in humanitarian assistance, Blinken said during a news conference.
