Ukraine's Zelenskiy says speed and altitude suggest Russian missile was ICBM

The speed and altitude of a missile fired for the first time by Russia at Ukraine on Thursday suggest it was an intercontinental ballistic missile, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

The President said experts were currently conducting an investigation to identify the type of missile.
