J&K to get special Vande Bharat train, announces Ashwini Vaishnaw

Union Minister for Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw addressed the media on Saturday in Srinagar. While talking to the media, the minister said that a special type of Vande Bharat train has been designed for Jammu and Kashmir.

“A special type of Vande Bharat train has been designed for Jammu and Kashmir, which will be prepared keeping in mind the temperature here."

"Jammu and Kashmir will be able to get the gift of Vande Bharat train by the middle of 2024,” said Vaishnaw.
