Blaming the NC and Congress for nexus with Pakistan to implement neighbouring country's agenda in J&K, Union Minister G Kishan Reddy on Thursday said the Union Territory will be governed by the Constitution of B R Ambedkar, not by Jinnah's constitution.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will flag off the BJP's Parivartan Yatra in Jharkhand on Friday, party leaders said.
Shah was scheduled to arrive in Ranchi on Thursday night, but his itinerary has been revised, and he will land at the Deoghar airport around 11 am on Friday, they said.
Rajya Sabha MP Deepak Prakash said Shah would then travel to Sahebganj district's Bhognadih, the birthplace of the legendary Sido and Kanu who led the Santhal revolt in 1855.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Maharashtra on Friday, where he will attend the first anniversary programme of 'PM Vishwakarma' scheme in Wardha and also lay the foundation stone of a textile park in Amravati. During the 'PM Vishwakarma' programme to be held in Wardha around 11.30 am, PM Modi will release certificates and loans to the beneficiaries of this scheme, an official release said.

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) supremo Arvind Kejriwal will join the party's campaign in poll-bound Haryana with a roadshow in the Jagadhri constituency on September 20, AAP national general secretary (organisation) Sandeep Pathak said on Thursday.
Further investigation in the matter is underway.
Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma said, "Today, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be coming to Santal. I believe this Parivartan Yatra will be the final goodbye for Hemant Soren and BJP will again form government in Jharkhand."
He also launched the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Women Startup Scheme of Maharashtra Govt for support to women-led startups.
Along with this, the Prime Minister laid foundation stone of 1,000 acre PM Mega Integrated Textile Regions and Apparel (PM MITRA) Park at Amravati in Maharashtra.

The Union Home Minister flagged off BJP's Parivartan Rally in Jharkhand and said, "It's the beginning of BJP's 'Parivartan Yatra' for Jharkhand polls. This 'Parivartan Yatra' will go to every village and house of Jharkhand, and give a message of 'parivartan'. This doesn't mean a 'parivartan' of CM and bringing BJP to power in place of Congress and JMM, but to remove this corrupt government from power."
Attacking former NC colleague, Omar Abdullah blasted BJP's Devender Singh Rana on his comments alleging Congress and National Conference were spreading the 'Pakistan Agenda.'
Attacking the BJP candidate, the NC leader stated, "...The person who did not speak the truth for 25 years while being in the National Conference, will he speak the truth today? He betrayed the people of Jammu for 25 years, betrayed me. You should never expect to hear the truth from that man. The person who cheated me for 25 years, how will he tell the truth to the people today..."
JKNC chief Farooq Abdullah also had words on the issue. He told the press, "...We never ran Pakistan's agenda. It's unfortunate. Those who are levelling allegations against us, it is they who are running Pakistan's agenda. What do we do about them? Those who themselves are Pakistan's agents, are calling us agents..."
Amit Shah on the assembly poll campaign trail in Jharkhand, Shah paid his floral tribute to Sidho-Kanho, a tribal hero who led the Santhal Rebellion, that took place in 1855-56 against the Britishers in the Santhal Pragana region of the present-day Jharkhand state.
At a Yamunanagar rally in Haryana, AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal told the crowd, "...What did BJP give you? They have given only corruption, unemployment, inflation...This time whole of Haryana is demanding transformation. And whichever government will be formed in Haryana, it will not be formed without AAP's support. AAP is getting this many seats that the government will not be formed without its support."
Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Friday lashed out at the JMM-led coalition in Jharkhand for allegedly encouraging "rampant infiltration" and cautioned that if not checked, illegal immigrants will become a majority in the state in the next 25-30 years.
He also alleged that infiltrators were "destroying the tribal culture and identity" and promised to chase them out of the state.
"If infiltration is not checked, illegal immigrants will become the majority in Jharkhand in the coming 25-30 years. There is no place for infiltrators in the state. They are marrying our daughters, grabbing land and destroying rich tribal culture and heritage...we will drive each one of them out...Let lotus bloom here," Shah said.
"The BJP is going to form the government in Jharkhand with a two-third majority", he said, adding that corruption has reached its peak in the state and it is time to give the ruling JMM a befitting reply.
The JMM-led government has "meted out injustice to tribals, Dalit, women and others in the state, he alleged.
This was the second rally by Shah in the state where the saffron party planned 'Parivartan Yatra' ahead of the assembly elections due later this year.
With an eye on the assembly elections, the opposition BJP would launch six 'Parivartan' processions to reach out to the people and "expose the failures" of the JMM-led government in the state.
These yatras will cover 5,400 km across 81 assembly segments in 24 districts before concluding on October 2.
Around 50 national and state-level leaders of the BJP, including chief ministers of several states, are expected to participate in such rallies.
BSP leader Akash Anand, while campaigning in in Karnal, said, "We will form a majority government here. The public here is very worried as BJP exploited our people for the past 10 years, and earlier Congress also exploited them. People are looking for a different option and they see that option in Behenji (Mayawati)."
Congress senior observer for J&K Assembly elections, Mukesh Agnihotri said, "We have a pre-poll alliance and things will proceed accordingly. Our leaders will sit together and settle on a common minimum program... The most important issue for us right now is to bring back the glory of J&K... The alliance will win big in J&K and all the issues will be settled after that. The entire leadership of the BJP is in Jammu because they know they have nothing in Kashmir..."

in a stinging attack on BJP's poll strategies in the state, Omar Abdullah told media persons, "PM Narendra Modi should talk about something other than 'three families'. People have grown tired of listening to this over and over again... BJP is trying for a hung assembly here and that the Governor's rule persists. They want no clear result of these elections to be achieved..."
Habba Kadal assembly constituency's Returning Officer Gulam Jeelani Zargar, said, "... Election Commission of India has a slogan 'Every Vote Counts'. In this context, the Election Commission is trying, and there are also directions that no voter should be left behind. Some voters are in essential services, like doctors, police, security forces, and fire services, who cannot come and vote on the scheduled date. For them, we have a system of postal ballots. We either send them the postal ballot through our officers, and they cast their vote there and send it back to us. Apart from this, we have also kept a postal voting centre here for their facilitation. We first make their list and then they fill the form for voting. The scheduled voting in Srinagar is on the 25th. We have kept voting centres on 19th, 20th and 21st. Those who have opted, we have kept the Postal Ballot here for them, They can come here and cast their votes, before the scheduled voting... We have a total of 20 voters here, till now eight of our voters have cast their votes... The guidelines of the Election Commission of India are that CCTV cameras should be installed at every polling station. At a public gathering in Raipur Rani, Haryana CM Nayab Saini said, "In just 56 days, I took 126 historic decisions for Haryana which are now being discussed in every corner of the state. Congress asks me where these announcements are. I would like to tell them we have not just announced, but also implemented it on grounds as well... The work done by me in 56 days will outclass the work done by (Bhupinder) Hooda in 10 years."
Union Minister Annapurna Devi said, "Union Minister has flagged off 'Parivartan Yatra' from here and today you must have seen thousands of people - youths, women were there. It shows that people are suffering due to the state govt and they want change. The appeal that the Union HM has made, people have taken a resolve. In the coming assembly election, people have already made up their minds to remove this deaf, useless government."
