Congress declared a list of candidates for the bye-elections to the legislative assemblies of Karnataka and Assam on Wednesday night.

In Karnataka, Congress announced E Annapurna as its candidate from Sandur and CP Yogeshwar from Channapatna.

Shri Jayanta Borah has been named as the candidate from Behali in Assam.
