2) Prachanda Putanigalu - The story of four children who are on a mission to nab anti-social elements and get a reward for the welfare of poor children. Starred by Rama Krishna Hegde, Bhanupriya and Baby Indira, the movie was directed by Geetapriya and released in 1981.

3) Simhada Mari Sainya - The story of few friends who rescue their friend's siblings from anti-social elements. This 1981 movie directed by Rajendra Singh Babu.

4) Kotreshi Kanasu - The story of a child who makes his dream come true of joining a school. Directed by Nagathihalli Chandrashekar. This movie got National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Kannada and National Film Award for Best Child Artist.

5) Chinnari Mutha - Story of a villager who will become a national champion in running race. Directed by T S Nagabharana the movie grabbed National Award for Best Feature Film in Kannada.

9) Makkala Sainya - Comedy drama where a father and forster mother of a bunch of chlidren get married. Starring Vishnuvardhan and Sumithra.
